§ 93.123  EFFECT.
   (A)   Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to limit or contravene the provisions of I.C. 15-17-11-1 et seq.
   (B)   All provisions of all prior chapters adopted by the Board of Commissioners not specifically contradicted herein shall remain in full force and effect.
