It shall be unlawful to give away any live animal as a prize for, or as an inducement to enter any, contract, game, or other competition, or as an inducement to enter a place of amusement; or offer such animal as an incentive to enter in any business agreement in which the offer is for the purpose of attracting trade. The animal shelter and its offsite locations will be exempt from this section.
