Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the fines or civil penalties not to exceed $2,500 for a first violation of this chapter, or $7,500 for subsequent violations of this chapter. (See I.C. 36-1-3-8(a)(10)(B).) Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. All fines and civil penalties collected shall be returned to, and deposited in, the county’s Parks and Recreation Non-Reverting Program Fund.
