§ 92.01  ADOPTION BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.
   The Department of Parks and Recreation (“the Department”) has previously adopted rules and regulations for the use of all public parks on lands owned or operated by the Department, which, by this chapter the Board of Commissioners, now ratifies and adopts for public parks operated by the Department on lands owned by the county.
