SCHEDULE I.  RESTRICTED PARKING.
   The County Highway Superintendent, with the advice and direction of the County Engineer, cause no- parking areas to be designated in Brazil Lake Estates. The County Highway Superintendent, with the advice and direction of the County Engineer, will cause no-parking signs to be erected designating the no-parking areas, pursuant to state law.
