(A) Any person found to be violating any provision of this subchapter may be served by the county’s Board of Health or the duly appointed Health Officer, with a written order stating the nature of the violation and providing a time line for satisfactory correction thereof.
(B) Any violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be deemed a nuisance and the County Attorney shall file suit to abate this nuisance as all other nuisances are abated.
