§ 36.26  INDEBTEDNESS.
   Pursuant to I.C. 36-8-11-20, a unit that incurred indebtedness for fire protection services before the establishment of a Fire Protection District under this chapter shall continue to repay that indebtedness by levies within the boundaries of the until the indebtedness is paid in full.
