§ 36.03 COUNTY RECORDER; RECORDING A DOCUMENT.

   A supplemental recording fee in the amount of $3 per document be, and the same hereby is, authorized pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 36-2-7-10(b)(11), with the same to be paid at the time of recording and deposited by the County Recorder in the Recorder’s Records Perpetuation Fund established pursuant to I.C. 36-2-7-10(c).
