§ 150.205 OUTLINE OF PROCEDURES.
   The preparation, submittal, review and approval of all subdivision plats located inside the limits of the municipality shall proceed through the following progressive stages:
   (A)   Stage I. Pre-application conference;
   (B)   Stage II. Preliminary plat;
   (C)   Stage III. Technical review; and
   (D)   Stage IV. Final plat.
