§ 32.009 MEETINGS.

   (A)    All boards, commissions and committees may be called to a meeting by the Chairperson or, in his or her absence, by the Vice-Chairperson, or shall be called to a special meeting at the request of three board, commission or committee members, at a time not earlier than 24 hours after the later of:

      (1)   The notice being given to all board, commission or committee members; or

      (2)   The agenda being posted.

   (B)   Notice of all the meetings must be made pursuant to state law.
