Each board, commission or committee shall elect its own Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and officers at the first meeting following January 1 of each year, unless state law or a town ordinance established an alternate procedure for a specific board, commission or committee. The Chairperson, or a designate of choice, shall report in person to the Council each December on matters of public interest and need in relation to resources, services or activities.
