The Council shall hold regular meetings on the first and third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m., provided that when the day fixed for any regular meeting of the Council falls upon a day designated by law as a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held at the same hour on the next succeeding day not a holiday. The Council will not hold regular meetings on the first Monday in July nor on the third Monday in December. If town business requires the town to hold a meeting on either of these dates, the meeting will be a special meeting.
