The operations of the Fire and Medical Department in connection with extinguishing any fire or other emergency shall not be obstructed. Lawful commands of the Chief or officer of the Fire and Medical Department in charge of the scene, or any part thereof or any police officer assisting the Fire and Medical Department, shall not be disobeyed.
