RULES OF ORDER AND PROCEDURE

§ 30.20 SUSPENSION OF RULES.

    Any of the provisions of this subchapter may be temporarily suspended in connection with any matter under consideration by a roll-call vote of three-fourths of the members present, except that this section shall not be construed to permit any action that is contrary to state statutes.

§ 30.21 LOCATION OF MEETINGS.

   All Council meetings, whether regular or special, shall be held in the Town Hall, unless the Council shall determine that it is necessary or expeditious to hold a meeting in another location, in which case the date, hour, agenda and location of the meeting shall be posted in accordance with A.R.S. § 38-431.
