§ 93.093 APPEAL FROM DECISION OF THE TOWN MAGISTRATE.
   A party aggrieved by the Town Magistrate’s decision may appeal to Pinal County superior court. An appeal shall be taken within 30 days of the date of the Magistrate’s decision or shall be waived.
