If the owner, occupant, tenant, or lessee subject to the notice to abate fails to correct the violation(s), the town may:
(A) Abate the violation(s);
(B) Assess the owner, occupant, tenant and/or the lessee the cost of abatement; and
(C) Record a lien on the land for the assessment.
