§ 93.075 EFFECT OF NOTICE TO ABATE.
   (A)   A notice to abate is effective upon any person served in conformance with §§ 93.074 or 93.079 and any person with actual notice.
   (B)   A notice to abate runs with the land.
   (C)   The town may record a notice to abate in the Pinal County Recorder’s Office.
