In addition to the penalties of § 93.999(A) and § 93.999(B), the court shall impose restitution as part of its sentence, to compensate the town for its costs to enforce this chapter and bring a building or land into compliance with this chapter. Restitution shall include all costs and expenses of abatement, including, but not limited to, inspection fees, expert fees, attorney’s fees, filing fees, charges for town employee time and prosecution of the case.
