§ 93.069 JURISDICTION AND PROCEDURE OF TOWN COURT.
   (A)   The town court and Town Magistrate have jurisdiction over all civil complaints, town petitions for abatements including emergency abatements and all criminal citations or complaints to enforce this chapter. The Magistrate shall adjudicate civil complaints, town petitions for abatements and criminal citations or complaints.
   (B)   The town court and Town Magistrate shall follow the Arizona Rules of Court for Civil Traffic Violation Cases for civil complaints, abatements and civil citations to enforce this chapter, except as modified or where inconsistent with this chapter, local rules of the town court, or rules of the Arizona Supreme Court.
   (C)   The town court and Town Magistrate shall follow the Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure for criminal actions to enforce this chapter.
   (D)   The town court and Town Magistrate may order abatements to enforce this chapter either upon petition from the Town Attorney or incidental to a hearing on a civil or criminal violation of this chapter when requested by the town.
