(A) No person shall create, maintain, or permit a public nuisance as defined in § 93.015 above.
(B) No person shall create, maintain, permit, or assist any violation of this chapter, or fail to perform any act or duty required by this chapter.
(C) No person shall interfere or attempt to interfere with a town agent investigating or abating a violation of this chapter.
(D) No person shall knowingly make a false statement or knowingly mislead a town agent investigating or abating a violation of this chapter.
