(A) Where a provision of this chapter conflicts with a provision of any other chapter of the Town Code existing on the effective date of this chapter, the provision which establishes the higher standard for the protection of the public health and safety shall prevail.
(B) Where two or more provisions of this chapter are in conflict, the provision which establishes the higher standard for the protection of the public health and safety shall prevail.
(C) The Building Official as defined in the town’s adopted technical codes, or the Code Enforcement officer(s) may render interpretations of this chapter. Each interpretation shall be posted on the town’s web site.
