§ 32.130 ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The Town Council has established the Charles Whitlow Rodeo Grounds Advisory Board.
   (B)   Membership. The Advisory Board shall be a five members board consisting of five members who may reside in the planning area of the Town of Florence:
      (1)   Concessionaire or Concessionaire Appointee.
      (2)   Member of the Community Services Advisory Committee.
      (3)   Member of Council.
      (4)   Member at Large involved in rodeo activities or events.
      (5)   Member at Large involved in rodeo activities or events.
   (C)   Duties. The Charles Whitlow Rodeo Grounds Advisory Board shall act as an advisory body for the Town Council and the Concessionaire to provide guidance on key aspects of the operations, maintenance and planning process including but not limited to, the development of facility design options and criteria for evaluating the options.
   (D)   Meetings. The Charles Whitlow Rodeo Grounds Board shall hold monthly meetings.
