A person who operates or causes to be operated a marijuana-related facility without a valid license or in violation of any part of this chapter is subject to suit for injunction as well as prosecution for a criminal offense punishable as provided in § 10.99 of the Town Code. Each day a marijuana-related facility operates in violation of any part of this chapter is a separate offense or violation.
