(A) Each day any violation of any provision of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Criminal penalty. Among other penalties that may apply, including revocation or suspension of a permit (when applicable), any person who violates any provision of this chapter, whether or not the act is specifically stated as being unlawful, shall be guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
