The town shall have a one-time prorated fee for the annual business license. Any license obtained after July 1 will be charged half of an annual license. Annual licenses issued after the December 1 shall pay the full fee and shall be valid for all of the subsequent year and shall reflect an appropriate expiration date. No other license fee herein provided shall be prorated.
