§ 110.21 SELLING ON STREETS, SIDEWALKS, OR IN THE PARK WITHOUT PERMIT.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to erect or maintain any booth, stand, or counter in any park, sidewalk, or any right-of-way of the state, county, or town for the purpose of barter, sale, or trade, or keep or maintain upon the streets or alleys any wagon, cart, wheel, vehicle, movable booth, or stand for the purpose of barter or trade, without first obtaining permission of the state, county, or town and obtaining the proper permit.
   (B)   Any violation of this section shall constitute a Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable as provided in § 10.99(C).
