§ 30.50 PUBLISHING ORDINANCES.
   (A)   All ordinances, except those necessary for the immediate preservation of the peace, health or safety of the town, and resolutions having the effect of ordinances, shall be published for two consecutive weeks in the official newspaper of the town before they become effective and operative.
   (B)    Emergency ordinances necessary for the immediate preservation of the peace, health or safety of the town that have been passed by the necessary three-fourths vote of all members of the Council, and become effective and operative immediately, shall also be published two consecutive weeks in the official newspaper of the town within 20 days after their passage.
