§ 156.04 INSPECTION AND APPROVAL PREREQUISITE TO CONNECTION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, including any electric light or power company, to connect with or furnish current to any electrical installation within the corporate limits of the city until after the electrical installation has been inspected and approved by the Electrical Inspector and a certificate of approval is issued by him.
