§ 156.03 REPORT TO INSPECTOR.
   It shall be the duty of the person, firm, or corporation installing, repairing, or rearranging electrical wiring or equipment to notify the Electrical Inspector prior to the time the work is commenced, and also when the work is ready for inspection. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to conceal any electrical wiring or installation until after it has been reported to the Electrical Inspector and has been inspected and approved by the Inspector. The Inspector shall furnish and make available forms or blanks for the aforesaid purpose.
