§ 151.52 GRACE PERIOD FOR REMOVAL OF PROHIBITED OR NONCONFORMING BARBED WIRE FENCING.
   It shall be the responsibility of the owner of any property in the city on which there is located barbed wire fencing of the type which is prohibited by this ordinance to remove the fencing within 90 days of the effective date of this ordinance.
