§ 151.30 APPOINTMENT.
   There is established in the city a board to be called the Board of Building and Housing Appeals, which shall consist of three members. This Board shall be composed of at least two members from the City Council and one member shall be appointed at large from the general public. The Board shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent and approval of the City Council.
