No person, firm, or corporation shall construct, build, or cause to be constructed or built any modular home which does not comply with the standards of the latest edition of the National Board of Fire Underwriters National Building Code, KRS 227.200 through 227.410; all provisions of all lawful orders, rules, or regulations made under the provisions of KRS 227.200 through 227.410; and the latest edition of the Standards of Safety as made and adopted by the Commissioner of Public Safety for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
