§ 151.12 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   If, during construction, reconstruction, or repair of any building or structure, the City Inspector discovers any violation of any applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky or the city, he shall thereupon make a report in writing to the contractor or his agent on the job, with a copy thereof to become a part of the City Inspector's records.
   (B)   If the violations have not been corrected or remedied, within a reasonable time after written notification to the contractor or agent, by the City Inspector, the City Inspector shall immediately, in writing, order the contractor, or his duly authorized agent, to cease all work on the building or structure in question immediately.
   (C)   Thereupon the contractor and all persons acting by and for him shall cease all work on this project immediately.
   (D)   If the contractor, or persons acting for him, shall fail or refuse to cease all work on this project, after having been ordered in writing to do so by the City Inspector, it shall be the duty of the City Inspector to immediately obtain, from the judge of the appropriate court, a warrant for the person or persons and to deliver the warrant to the Police Department for service by them upon the person or persons.
