§ 151.11 BUILDING PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   The fees to be collected by the City Clerk for the issuance of any building permit shall be based upon the cost of the building or structure, which is to be accurately estimated and submitted by the owner or builder to the City Clerk with the application for the building permit. The term "COST OF BUILDING OR STRUCTURE" shall include the cost of grading, landscaping, garages, and driveways.
   (B)   A schedule of fees for issuance of building permits, demolition permits and permits for above ground swimming pools is established and adopted as follows:

   Fees must be calculated on estimated costs of construction based on not less than the square footage costs listed below. These costs are based on data supplied by B.O.C.A., F.W. Dodge, and the Home Builders Business Association of Northern Kentucky.

   (C)   Checks are to be made payable to: City of Florence.
   (D)   The office of Building Inspector shall collect the fees established and adopted herein and deliver such fees collected to the office of the City Clerk for a deposit in the appropriate funds or accounts of the city.
