§ 117.99 PENALTY.
   Pursuant to K.S. 83A.065(2), any violation of this chapter is hereby designated as a misdemeanor and a fine not to exceed the amount set forth in K.R.S. 534.040(2)(a), or a term of imprisonment not to exceed the period set forth in K.S. 532.090(1), or both, may be imposed for such violations.
