§ 117.03 OPEN FOR INSPECTION.
   Records of guest registrations shall be open for inspection by members of the Florence Police Department of the Florence Fire/EMS Department at any time with the permission of the proprietor. If such permission is not granted, then an appropriate warrant must be obtained and served on the proprietor prior to inspection.
