§ 112.03 DISPLAY OF LICENSE.
   Every license and permit issued pursuant to §§ 112.01 through 112.05 shall be displayed in a conspicuous place on the premises occupied. No license shall be transferred unless a new application is made to the Clerk and approved and after the payment of the fee of $1 for the transfer.
