§ 99.99 PENALTY.
   Pursuant to KRS 83A.065(2) the offense of violating any of the provisions of this chapter is designated a violation and the offender shall pay a fine in an amount not to exceed $250 for each offense as set forth in KRS 534.040(2)(c).
