Every person, firm, or corporation which repossesses a motor vehicle in the city shall obtain a City of Florence, Kentucky Occupational License. At the time of making application for an occupational license such person, firm, or corporation shall supply to the City Finance Department a list of the individuals who will make repossession of motor vehicles in the city on its behalf. The list shall contain the name, address, age and social security number of each individual. Every person, firm, or corporation shall keep the list current by filing supplements thereto with the City Finance Department if the information thereon changes, it being the purpose of the requirement for such list that the city be able to verify the identity of individuals making motor vehicle repossession.
