§ 72.04 RESTRICTIONS AFTER REPOSSESSION.
   Upon taking possession of the motor vehicle, the person, firm, or corporation making the repossession shall immediately and without undue delay notify the Florence Police Department and the PSCC of the fact that the repossession has been made and the time and place thereof.
