§ 71.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. "MOTORCYCLE." Any motor driven vehicle having a seat or saddle for use of the operator and designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground, excluding tractors, riding lawnmowers, and vehicles on which the operator and passengers ride in an enclosed cab.
