(A) It shall be a violation for any person, firm, or corporation operating or being responsible for the operation of any automobile, truck, or other vehicle to park or permit the vehicle to be parked or left standing so that the nearest part of the vehicle is less than 38 feet from the center line from any street intersection, or so that the nearest part of the vehicle is less than seven feet from either side of any intersection of any driveway that intersects any street or public way of the city, or so that the nearest part of the vehicle is less than 15 feet to any fire hydrant, or so that the vehicle, or any portion of the vehicle, is parked upon a public sidewalk.
(B) It shall be a violation for any person, firm, or corporation which parks or leaves standing any automobile or other vehicle to so park or leave the vehicle standing in such a manner that the vehicle is facing in a direction other than the direction of traffic flow on the side of the street on which the vehicle is parked or left standing.
