It shall be a violation for any person, firm, or corporation to park or permit to be parked or to leave standing any automobile, truck, bus, or other vehicle operated or owned by them or under their control in any of the locations designated in Chapter 74, Schedule I. At all such locations, the parking prohibition covers not only the traveled portion of that side of the street referred to, but specifically extends to the limit of the right-of-way for each street.
