§ 50.252 PRIVATE WASTEWATER DISPOSAL SYSTEM PERMIT FEE.
   At the time any person files or applies for a private wastewater disposal system permit pursuant to § 50.071(A) of this chapter, a permit and inspection fee of $25 shall be paid to the Water and Sewer Commission at the time the application is filed.
