(A) All customers and users of water supplied by the Municipal Waterworks System shall be charged at the rates contained in the following table for each 100 cubic feet of metered water consumption plus a customer charge of $2 per month for monthly billings and $4 per quarter for quarterly billings.

(B) All water haulers using the waterworks system of the city shall be issued tokens and be charged the rate of $3.50 per 1,000 gallons of water purchased for water hauling activities.
