§ 50.207 INDUSTRIAL WASTE QUESTIONNAIRE TO BE COMPLETED.
   Each such person shall complete and file with the General Manager of the Sanitation District No. 1 an industrial waste questionnaire containing pertinent information on the quantity of flow and a chemical analysis of the wastes to be discharged before the discharge begins.
