(A) No reduction in the sewerage service charge shall be made for leakage on any lot, land, or premises, except where an adjustment is made by the public water supply company.
(B) Any adjustment by the Water and Sewer Commission for the quantity of water consumed shall be automatically made by the Sanitation District No. 1 upon proper notification. The adjustment shall be made in the same proportions as the adjustment made in water charges.
