§ 50.192 BILLING, COLLECTION.
   (A)   The sewerage service charge and surcharge, if any, are billed and collected by the Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties.
   (B)   Payment of the sewerage service charge and surcharges must be made to the Sanitation District No. 1 or one of its assigned collection agents.
   (C)   Upon receipt of a nonpayment notice in writing from the Sanitation District, the municipality or the person, firm, or corporation which furnishes water to the user's premises, shall immediately shut off and discontinue the water service to the user's premises.
   (D)   Upon full payment of the account, plus a reasonable charge for turning off and on the water service, the Chairman, or any member of the Water and Sewer Commission, shall notify the municipality, person, firm, or corporation, which furnishes water to the user, that the account is paid in full, including such reasonable charge for turning off and on the water service, and that the water service can again be provided to the user's premises.
