(A) All meters shall be installed in accordance with the standards, rules, and regulations of the applicable public water system.
(B) Where private meters are used on wells, or in an industrial, commercial, or private water distribution system and such meters are set behind the meters used to register the primary water supply to a lot, land, or premises, the installation is subject to the inspection and approval of the General Manager.
