Wells, or sources of water supply other than municipal water supplies, shall be registered in writing to the General Manager and to the Sanitation District No. 1, giving names of individuals or firm, address, source and amount of water supply other than that from the public water supplies, together with a sketch to a scale showing plan of property, water distribution system, sewer layout, and existing meters. All sources of water that enter the sewer system shall be properly metered and subject to the sewerage service charge.
